Corporation provides a safety incentive program for any size
company to help reduce Workers' Comp costs. It is based on a lottery-type
program that uses scratch-offs tickets. Any three symbols of a kind
wins -- need not be in a row.
There are
18 winning safety symbols from which to make a choice to fit your
company. You develop your own program.
ProAction
provides materials and suggested programs; the buyer choses and
provides the awards -- cash, dinner, apparel, whatever. The buyer
designates the symbol for the award and selects the quantity desired.
It is suggested
to start with a 13 awards week program and if an accident occurs,
the program restarts at square one. It is also suggested to allow
for bonuses along the way. Sample program announcement available.
